Instructor / Speaker

Mr Wong Hong Hui is an Executive Director at EY Financial Crimes Advisory team. He is formerly Associate Managing Director and APAC Deputy Head of Financial Crime Compliance of a professional firm which lead the court-appointed Monitorship of a Global Bank. Prior to joining EY, he was the APAC Regional Economic Sanctions Compliance Lead of another Global Bank, where he oversaw economic sanctions compliance for twelve offices in the Asia Pacific region. Before that, he was the Executive Director of the Business Intelligence Group of a Global investment Bank where he advised senior management, bankers, and compliance officers on matters relating to sanctions, money-laundering, anti-bribery, and other financial crimes or reputational risk related matters.
Mr Vincent Tang is the Director at EY Financial Crimes Advisory team. He has over 14 years experience in accounting, AML, Sanctions and regulatory compliances. He worked with many clients on the topic of AML including; risk assessments, gap analyses against regulatory requirements; as well as assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls in the AML process and conducted look-back reviews. Prior to joining EY, he was the deputy AML Programme Lead and the Sanction Programme Lead for Asia for a global FIs with a strong presence in Asia.
