Instructor / Speaker

Mr Chris Cheung is a Partner at Deloitte Forensic, China/Hong Kong specialising in financial crime compliance, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and analytics. Over the last 18 years, he was involved in a wide range of projects in terms of national/ sectoral/ industry coverage, product/ service variety as well as scale and depth. Examples include national/ sectorial/ institutional risk assessments, regulatory lookbacks, advisory, remediation, compliance and internal audit, independent regulatory review across Greater China and addressing regulatory needs throughout Asia and the US. He is also an active speaker with professional and regulatory bodies.
Mr Wallace Chow is an experienced anti-money laundering (AML) specialist. He has worked in the banking, securities and telco sectors to help organisations comply with regulations through AML system. He has solid business domain knowledge and is subject matter expert with industry experience on AML and fraud & compliance solutions. He has been involved in numerous AML solution projects which includes project implementation, system tuning and business processing re-engineering, as well as system enhancement in meeting regulatory requirement, etc. for major banks in Hong Kong. Previously, he worked on software development and integration for one of the largest technology company. He implemented several complex and large-scale projects for different industries.
