Ricky is widely regarded within the Hong Kong commercial real estate industry for his intuitive insights in the Hong Kong office market, and he is regularly sought out for public commentary as an expert at economic forums and in the media. He works in an appointed or advisory capacity to many multinational tenants that have complex portfolio needs.
