[Webinar] Riding on Wealth Management Connect (WMC) in Greater Bay Area (GBA)

Overview

The WMC is intended to open up cross-border access for wealth management products, initially mutual funds, bank deposits and eventually many other products and services to the GBA. This provides an outstanding opportunity for Hong Kong based fund managers to develop, create and promote mutual funds to more than 70 million population of the region. However, it is envisaged that not all fund managers in Hong Kong may benefit from this regime. This webinar will highlight the potential opportunities as well as challenges to those fund managers who want to ride on this scheme.

Stewart ALDCROFT

Stewart Aldcroft is Chairman of Cititrust Limited and also the Senior Advisor for Citi’s Prime, Futures and Securities Services business. He is the author of numerous thought leadership publications issued by Citi over the last few years. Prior to joining Cititrust, Stewart held various senior management positions with international banks and fund houses. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute and holds a Type 9 Licensed Representative and a Type 4 Responsible Officer license.
