This eCourse consists of two modules. Module 1 looks at the fundamentals of corporate actions, including the role of the various participants in the corporate actions processing chain (with particular emphasis on the part played by custodians).

Module 2 looks at the full spectrum of corporate action types. Examples of each are provided, with the focus on the most popular events in the marketplace.

On completion of this course, you will be able to:

- Recognize the key participants in the corporate actions processing chain and their role in that chain
- Identify the main types of mandatory corporation actions, including mandatory actions with options
