HEHFP Module 3: Capital Raising & Investor Relations

Overview

This is Module 3 of the Henley Executive Hedge Fund Program (HEHFP). It introduces the sources of the money that hedge funds manage – the investors. It also covers the different kinds of investors and what they are looking for, how to pick the right ones at the right time and how to communicate with them. The legal and compliance factors that influence how a hedge fund interacts with potential sources of capital will also be covered.

Each module of the program includes five parts: Pre-reading, eCourse (together with the Presentation slides), Quiz and Post-reading materials that aims to help learners to have a full understanding of the topic.

This module is a 3-hour (approx. study time) course and is eligible for 1.5 SFC CPT/PWMA OPT hours.
