HFOP Module 7 - Operations, Technology & Administration

Overview

This Module 7 of the Henley Family Office Program (HFOP) looks at how the Family Office is kept running - through Investment Technology and Operations, Controls and the Administration function.

There are three lecturers in this module. The first lecture discusses the roles and technology requirements of investment, middle-office and back-office teams, and the reporting needs of the family members. The second lecture discusses some key concepts in internal controls with the last lecture analyses what it takes to make the Family Office run on a daily basis.

This module is a 3.5-hour (approx. study time) course and is eligible for 2 SFC CPT/PWMA OPT hours.
