HFOP Module 9 - Non-Financial Services

Overview

This Module 9 of the Henley Family Office Program (HFOP) looks at the non-financial services that a Family Office may provide. This can include some quite diverse services and we cover three of the more common ones.

The first lecture covers Passion Investments The second lecture discusses Concierge Services whereas the third lecture looks at Educating the Next Gen.

This module is a 3.5-hour (approx. study time) course and is eligible for 2 SFC CPT/PWMA OPT hours.

Objective

By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Describe various kinds of passion investment
- Explain how to purchase, manage and valuate jewellery, watches, fine arts, wine and classic cars
- Recognise the kind of concierge services that a Family Office may provide
- List and describe the best practices (TAIL Framework) in engaging Next Gen
- Tell the Next Gen programs offered by private banks and family office
