Jazz CHOW

Jazz is a Director of Valuation & Advisory Services team and heads the Business Valuation team of the Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited. She specialised in valuation of business enterprises, intellectual properties, intangible assets and wide range of financial instruments, for listed and private companies, for their IPO, merger and acquisition, financial reporting, management consulting and litigation purposes. Prior to joining Colliers, Jazz has worked in CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield in business valuation and some international banks such as HSBC, BOC and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank as economist and VP in the research department.

With more than 15 years of experience in the business valuation and advisory, Jazz has extensive valuation experience in various industries such as property development, hotel, oil and gas, software, hospitality, casino, publishing, metal and mining, food and beverage, electronics, telecommunication, automobile, Internet, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, entertainment, petrochemical, ship building, environment protection and others.

Jazz graduated from the University of London with a law degree and received a Master of Business Administration from the Simon Fraser University.
