Overview
This is the package of Trust Training Certificate (“TTC”) Part B Stream 1 training and TTC Part B examination.
The TTC Part B Stream 1 consists of the following units:

Unit 9: The Contents of Trusts and Drafting
Unit 10: Testamentary Issues & Avoiding Testamentary Disputes
Unit 11: International Taxation – Part 1
Unit 13: Family Offices
Unit 14: Foundations Law – Part 1
Unit 17: Trusts and Issues for PRC Nationals
Revision session (Optional for candidates who have registered into the examination) will be held as a LIVE webinar on 18 April 2023 (Tuesday) from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

TTC Part B Stream 1 Examination will be held on 13 May 2023 (Saturday) from 9:15am to 10:45am. Click here for details.
Note: Examination candidates are required to complete all Part B Stream 1 units (as stated above) before 2 May 2023 (Tuesday), otherwise they might not be allowed to sit for the examination on 13 May 2023.

It is primarily targeted to TTC candidates who wish to take the TTC Part B Stream 1 Examination.
