In the context of investing, the significance of asset classes relates to how they are put together in a portfolio, also known as asset allocation. This eCourse provides an overview of the key considerations that drive asset allocation, including diversification, correlation, valuation, and risk premia, as well as some of the numerous vehicles and instruments investors can use to gain exposure to different asset classes with a view to building a portfolio.
