Kenny KWONG

Mr Kenny Kwong is an experienced People Development Consultant with over 20 years of corporate training and transformational coaching experience. During his tenure at HSBC, he served as Senior Academy and People Development Manager, where he spearheaded various fit-for-purpose programs for branch frontlines. These programmes encompassed onboarding programmes, upskilling and reskilling initiatives, and CPD/CPT programmes.

Mr Kwong holds a master’s degree in Drama in Education from Griffith University, Australia, and is certified as an Associate Certified Coach from International Coaching Federation. His expertise lies in contextual-based and coaching techniques, which he employs to foster leadership, resilience, and a growth mindset across diverse teams.
