Ms Chung is an experienced compliance professional with over 9 years of experience advising on regulatory compliance and risk management across banks, hedge funds, and crypto platforms. Previously, she held pivotal roles at JPMorgan, Citadel, Binance, EXIO, and Amber Group. Currently, she runs a multi-strategy family office, spearheading cross-border licensing and regulatory work across five major markets: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and the United States.

As part of her strategic expansion in the region, she is actively engaging with China's PBOC and CSRC, as well as South Korea's Financial Services Commission (FSC) and Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), to navigate complex licensing frameworks.
