The 28th Annual General Meeting (“AGM 2025”) of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (“HKSI Institute”) ”) will be held in hybrid format on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at 5:30pm.  The meeting will take place at the HKSI Institute, 17/F Cambridge House, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, with online access available through the AGM 2025 ePlatform administered by Lumi (“ePlatform”). For details, please refer to "Notice of AGM".

Only Voting Members are entitled to vote and attend the AGM 2025.  Voting Members include Senior Fellows, Fellow Members, Ordinary Members and Corporate Members represented by Authorised Representatives. 

Voting Members who would like to attend the AGM 2025 in person are highly encouraged to register online in advance, by 10 December 2025.  If you are an Authorised Representative of a Corporate Member, please register by emailing to [email protected].  Successful registrants will be notified on 11 December 2025. (Proxies must attend the AGM in person but they DO NOT need to register.)

Voting Members who wish to attend the AGM 2025 online can watch the live broadcast and cast their votes through the ePlatform using the unique password provided under the “AGM” tab on the HKSI Institute Online Portal. NO registration is required for online attendance.
